General terms and conditions of sale

1. Scope

These general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) apply to all sales of products and services concluded between SRL SPECTEUR, registered in Belgium under company number BE0768.710.845, and its clients, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these GTC.

2. Orders

Orders must be confirmed in writing. SRL SPECTEUR reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of product unavailability, non-payment of a previous order or any other legitimate reason.

3. Prices and payment

Prices for products and services are stated in euros, excluding VAT, unless otherwise indicated. Payment must be made according to the agreed terms, either by bank transfer or by any other means of payment accepted by SPECTEUR SRL. Any late payment will incur late-payment interest in accordance with the Belgian law of 2 August 2002 on combating late payment in commercial transactions.

4. Delivery

Delivery times are given for information only. SPECTEUR SRL cannot be held liable for delays attributable to carriers or to force majeure.

5. Retention of title

Products delivered remain the property of SPECTEUR SRL until paid in full.

6. Liability and warranty

SPECTEUR SRL guarantees that its products and services comply with the standards in force. In the event of a defect or non-conformity, the client must notify SPECTEUR SRL in writing within 8 days of delivery.

7. Withdrawal and cancellation

In accordance with Belgian law, consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases. For business clients, no cancellation is accepted without the agreement of SPECTEUR SRL.

8. Force majeure

SPECTEUR SRL cannot be held liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations due to force majeure (strikes, natural disasters, pandemic, etc.).

9. Data protection

Clients' personal data is collected and processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). See the privacy policy.

10. Applicable law and disputes

These GTC are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute concerning their interpretation or performance will be submitted to the competent courts of Brussels.
