Data collected

We only collect the data you send us:

• Contact request (form, e-mail or phone): surname, first name, e-mail address, phone number, company name and the content of your message.
• Newsletter: e-mail address.
• Performance of an engagement: the administrative, accounting or technical information needed for the agreed service, defined with you at the start.

Browsing the site involves no automatic collection: the site uses no cookies, no analytics tool and no third-party service — except for the appointment calendar on the Contact page, provided by Cal.com and loaded only at your request (see the cookie policy). The site's host, OVH SAS, may keep technical logs (IP address, date, page viewed) for security and proper operation, for a limited time.

Purposes and legal bases

• Responding to your requests and preparing a possible collaboration: pre-contractual measures taken at your request.
• Performing the agreed services, invoicing and follow-up: performance of the contract.
• Sending you the newsletter: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time via the unsubscribe link or by e-mail.
• Keeping our accounts and meeting our tax obligations: legal obligation.

Recipients

Your data is processed by the SPECTEUR SRL team. It may be entrusted to providers acting on our behalf and under contract (hosting, e-mail, accounting). It is neither sold, rented nor transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. The site is hosted by OVH SAS, a company established in France: the technical logs it keeps are processed within the European Union. If you book an appointment, the information entered in the calendar (name, e-mail address, chosen slot) is processed by Cal.com, Inc., a company established in the United States, under the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission. No other transfer outside the Union takes place without appropriate safeguards within the meaning of the GDPR.

Retention period

• Contact requests without follow-up: twelve months after the last exchange.
• Data related to an engagement: the duration of the contractual relationship, then the statutory accounting and tax retention periods.
• Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.

Confidential engagements

Specteur's engagements involve sensitive information about your business. We publish no named client reference, no client case and no attributable result, neither on this site nor elsewhere. Information received during an engagement is used for that engagement only and remains covered by contractual professional secrecy.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorised access or disclosure: restricted access, strong passwords and authentication, backups, encrypted exchanges wherever possible.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict the processing of, object to and port your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise them, write to contact@specteur.be. We reply within one month; proof of identity may be requested.

Complaints
